Access the properties of a part or assembly

Hello

For a few days now, I can't access the properties of parts and assemblies, so I can't directly motify my references and designations?

I may have made a bad mistake but now I don't see how to do it.

Under which version are you and are you up to date with the SP5 for the versions before 2016 and can you put a coin in the post to see???

For new parts or assemblies I can't enter the properties tab and existing seals either as on the attached doc.

I didn't pay attention, DSL...  

I don't know if it's possible but have you tried a re-installation of the software or a repair??? Because I think it worked before???

What bad behavior would you have possibly done?

I don't have TopSolid, but I know that files can be protected (Files, properties, general information).

Have you tried on other parts and assemblies?

Try what ac cobra 427 advises you (reinstallation).

As soon as I have time I try to reinstall but now in the middle of a crag I don't risk it.
