Same for me if I connect personally.
On the other hand, if I log in with the company account that is under maintenance, it works.

I just pushed my research a little further!
I am logged in with the company account, but the subscription to "MYCADSERVICES PREMIUM" and maintenance have been over for quite some time! That said, I still had access to the library before the redesign of the site. This may explain this!
