With the app you load the model but it doesn't display! but if you do a print view you can see it!

Not using this software I don't know how to answer. on the other hand if it's a display problem, what is in common with all 3D software is the graphics card. If it does not have the right characteristics for a 3D realview rendering, the display is not done correctly.

So what machine did you use?

If it's a desktop PC with a base card, the problem may come from there.

From what I've read, it's a viewer for iPad, iPhone or Windaube 8

now personally I don't know

but if you can take a screenshot it's because the model is there 

so you must have color options or transparencies

or hidden parts to look at in the log options

Reinstalling the graphics driver

When opening nothing is displayed, it's normal.

You have to open the model tree and check the assembly for it to appear.
