For a few days in my arbo the parts icon (the yellow rectangle, or the yellow and green for the assemblies) appears like a toolbox screw.
Do you have any idea what I could have done as a false manipulation?

To remove the toolbox marker, simply run the following utility:
C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\Toolbox\DataUtilities\sldsetdocprop.exe
You need to load your files that have the toolbox marker by mistake, and click NO on the toolbox property, and update the status.
Not complicated but you have to know the existence and location of this utility...
