Display in PDM

In my view (Windows type)
PDM, I have files that I think are temporary files that are displayed. Is there a way to stop having them?

It's managed in the settings of the groups/users.

On the other hand, it seems to me that this prevents you from seeing files that are in the " private state " (never archived).
So to be seen according to the final need.
