View model annotations

Hello

Today I am looking to see if it is possible in the drawing of an assembly to display using the "show model annotations" icon the dimensions that come from a part contained in the assembly.

Basically, when I click on show model annotations, the software offers me the dimensions that are in the assembly, but I would like to display dimensions that are in a part of the assembly. It seems crazy to me to be forced to recreate these dimensions in the assembly, when they already exist in the part, in order to then recover them in the drawing.

I hope I have been clear. Small precision, I'm on creo 2.

It is quite possible.

Either you do "model annotations" and you select the part or the function of the part on the view.

Either you select the part in the model tree and with right click you do "show model annotations"

 

Your problem arises when you select the view and not the rooms.
