I have to open an assembly in Shark, but when I open it I only have one part that appears. How do I see all the layers?

What type of assembly do you want to open? Assembling Solidworks, Inventor etc???
Have you looked in the settings for opening files??? Or if you open a file through the software, are there no options to open????
Looking a little better, here is the procedure to show the design calcques of shark assemblies (.fx):
In Window -> Concept Exporer (to display the Design Tree toolbar)
In the Layer -> tab you can show or hide the layers of the different parts.
