Show a half-view, symmetry

Hello

I have a part that is symmetrical with respect to a central axis,

So I would like to represent only half of my drawing (since the other side is the same)

Is it possible?

If so, how?

I don't know if it's possible but you can make a symmetrical room configuration with half removed and then you can integrate it into your MEP.
