Help change board with holes for solid board

Hello

I have no master's degree in 3D design with solidwork or any other software for that matter. 

 So I had someone make this wall coat rack but he didn't understand and made me the 2 "boards" with holes when I only wanted one (I wanted the blue board to be full). But hey, once paid, the person doesn't respond anymore and I find myself with this problem which I'm sure  can be solved in a few clicks when you know the software. (file attached)

I would like to find someone who thinks I can solve my problem.

Please find the file in .step format attached (I don't have the right version of SW)

Out of curiosity, I'd like to know how much he made you pay for that. (in MP if you mind saying it on the site)

Hello

it's very simple, you just have to right-click on "Cut-Extrude1" and delete as in the attached file
