Help for building solidworks 2012

Hello

I can't make the shape of this piece, I drank on the creation of the clip (see area), if someone could explain to me the steps to be carried out:)

Thanks in advance

Good evening

for your play I'll do like this

  1. Sketch from the front, trace your axis and the upper perimeter without the void of the tip of your piece
  2. revolution
  3. create a plan at the nose of your room that can be offset by X mm
  4. on this plan sketch to make the removal of material from your cross in a square
  5. Material removal up to x mm
  6. Sketched front plane to remove the material on the upper and lower wing of your arrow since they are different

@+ ;-)

if you have a problem I can do it but I switched to SW 2017

so it's useless ;-(

Hello

Thanks for your help, I'll try  :)

This is precisely the part of the cross that I have trouble :)

@+ ;-)

GT22

you can make the part and send him a STEP, for the rest he will just have to use FeatureWorks...

I'm not at home, otherwise I would have done it with a tutorial and the part in STEP...

Grrrr I still can't do it lol  :)

A little tutorial would be welcome:) if possible and thank you in advance

post your piece to understand where you don't get away

Well here is your piece

as I understand it

The fact is that there must be a mistake in your odds

so 3 functions

  1. revolution
  2. Material removal Extrusion 1 arrowhead green sketch
  3. symmetry
  4. Create Offset Plan
  5. Material removal extrusion nose sketch blue
  6. Symmetry
  7. symmetry of symmetry

That's it ;-)

Hannn :) so good thank you

On the other hand I don't see the screenshots for the details of the realization, possible to attach them in larger size?

In any case a big thank you

I just sent you a PM

Good morning,

Having  seen this post this weekend, I thought to myself... On Monday, I'm sticking to it, it's not as simple as that, your room.

@gt22: you made the same mistake as me between the "tube" and the "arrow", you have a revolution instead of a rectangle like on the 3D view.

Same for the different climbs, I had the same thought.

1- For my part, I logically started with a revolution, but without digging too deep where there should be the chamfer.

2- Same as I do my cross but I do my symmetries directly in the sketch. with 4.54mm and 5.18mm ribs

3- I remove the material from the small hook with the 4.34mm rib + sym in the sketch

4- Then the same goes for the large hook with the 1.72mm rib

5- Finally, I add the chamfer by revolution and not with the chamfer function.

Of course there are missing sides / angles so we do it at a glance but we must not be far from the requested object.

If the image is not visible enough for sketches, I add it as an attachment.

Hi @  FUZ3D

yes in my little brain

I thought that for a better fixation and resistance

we put down and spanked a 1/4 of a turn

in view of the wings of the arrow ;-(

So just create a plane and change the cylindrical section to a rectangular section

not very complicated in a way

Thank you all :)

@ gt22 Thanks to you I understood a certain logic of construction so I managed to create something to present  :)

@ FUZ3D Thank you for your files:) I'm on the move so I'll watch as soon as I can. It's going to help me improve.
