Round tubular structure fit

Hello

I have a round tube structure of 30 to do, each tube will be cut with a laser, so that each wolf's mouth adapts to the best. But on the extremities the adjustment extends and creates too much of a void, I did make an adjustment and not to the bodies and not to the face. How would you do it?

Hello

Can you share your file so we can take a look at it?

the same in step

I found a solution but if you have faster I'm all for it.

I created my outer tubes in another function so that it doesn't adjust automatically. I then created a material removal at the axis of my tube to remove the material only on half of my tube, what do you think?

It doesn't give me your way of proceeding

via the step no creation tree

and as you are in 2020 version and me 2017

I can't open your file

So it's ?

mechanically welded

blending

in multibody

I am a mechanically welded, I have created several sketches to have the skeleton of my part

You can do this by changing the order of the adjustments.

According to the attached photo, in your file you did:

- Tube 2 adjust from tube 3 and 1 which gives you the vacuum at the back of tube 3

If you don't want the vacuum, you have to adjust tube 1 in relation to tube 2 and 3, and then adjust tube 2 in relation to tube 3

You can also keep your method by simply unchecking "Allow to extend"
