Wouldn't it be a problem of resolving the sketch?
You should be able to adjust this in the settings (see attached image).

There are 3 options for managing display quality in SolidWorks 2014, in Tools > Options > System Options:
Display / selection: Adjust the anti-aliasing.
Performance: Curve generation and level of detail just below.
With all these settings at maximum, the image will look better, but the PC may be a little slower...
