With the compass tool, it is possible to obtain 3 angles to determine the orientation of one solid in relation to another.
The problem I have is that I have not yet understood the definition used by CATIA in this compass tool.
Are these Euler angles as it is possible to use them when defining one system of axes in relation to another?
Would it be possible for you to find me an excerpt from the CATIA doc that explains the definition of angles used with the compass tool in CATIA ?
