Hello, here's my question: I have several cameras (which I'll call A, B, C..) in SW (2015) that follow trajectories.
I want to make an animation using camera A and then once it has finished its trajectory, move on to camera B and so on.
I created the cameras, the trajectories, the keys in the animation... My problem is that if for example I put camera view for camera A, when its trajectory is finished, after x seconds, the view does not switch to camera B and so on...
Is there a solution to my problem or is SW only able to manage one camera per animation.
My problem is not to create cameras, camera paths... (Nor to find the links to the solidworks help:) )
My problem is in the context of the production of a single video(without assembly post-processing), does solidworks know how to process several different cameras in a row?
Knowing that the first camera follows its path and then at the end of its path the camera view passes to another camera which also follows another path...
If so, how?
For now I've tried but if I activate the camera view on one camera, when I start the video playback, SW applies the camera playback only on the latter but not on the others...
To sum up, it doesn't seem possible to do what I'm asking for with Solidworks 2015:
Recording an animation with several successive cameras that follow different paths.
Why = ??
It's a shame since you can build several cameras and create keys for these different cameras.
In addition, if you display the cameras and play the animation, you can see the cameras making their trajectories. The problem is that SW2015 can only display the view of one camera during the animation.
In the end, I have to do as much animation as I have cameras.
The last solution I'll probably explore is possibly the creation of a macro to start recording all the animations. The macro you provided me doesn't seem to work for animation recordings (it must only be for a render). But I hadn't thought of trying to make a macro until your answer.PL
Thank you for those who helped me and if another person has another solution than she does not hesitate to send me a message. :)
