Interactive annotation in drawing

Hi all

I present you with a very simple example:

In a room, I make a piece of piping with heat insulation.

Schematically, I have a cylinder with a bigger cylinder on top.

The idea is to annotate, in a drawing, the piping and the insulation, and to have interactivity between the annotations and the functions.

The end goal is to have a drawing with the piping and the insulation and that we can play on the show/hide of the functions and that the annotations are shown/hidden according to the function that we show/hide.

I hope I have been clear enough in the description of my problem.

PS: I have access to SW2016 and 2020.

Interactive annotations do not exist in Solidworks.

If you hide your colorifing, the annotation will remain. If you remove your insulation, it will turn to color (to signal the error - for me in red).

Then you can create a drawing with the insulation on one view and hide it on another view or sheet but the interactive annotation as requested is not possible.
