Whether it's on a part or on a drawing, you have a section called "Tolerance/Precision". Adjust the precision you want, you can have up to 2 decimal places after the decimal point for a document.

You can specify the units of thickness in the System option of your drawing.
Round up according to your needs.
You can also set your dimension accuracies in the document properties
