Assembly passed by Pack and Go has links outside

Hello

I'm having problems with an assembly after exporting/copying with Pack'n Go.

The methodology used:

1- I opened my source assembly

2- I made File - Pack and Go...

3- I checked, modified the options/settings like this:

4- I recorded everything

My problem is that when I open the new assembly, resulting from the Pack and Go, it then has links outside this assembly that do not exist on the source assembly, for example:

What is my mistake? How can it be corrected?

Thank you.

Hello
This is because you have sketched based on external references. Hence the symbol ">?".
When you do a "Pack and Go", SW looks for his references.

See the help on this subject.

Thank you remrem,

I don't get it right, my source assembly has no external reference.

How come the assembly created by Pack and Go would have them then?

Hello

The small arrow to the right of the <1> ->  and <2>-> bracket indicates that you have external references.

may the force be with you.

Hello OBI WAN,

Indeed, I noticed these arrows, hence the creation of this topic.

Why did external references appear during the Pack and Go of a source assembly that does not have one? Did I make a mistake when creating the Pack and Go?

Look carefully you have this arrow  in the source assembly too.

To see them, put yourself at the top of your tree then right click and "external references" you will have the list of external refs.

may the force be with you.

Hello

External references can be due to a  sketch of a part constrained  to an element of an assembly (constraint with a sketch of another part in assembly, constraint to a construction plan in the assembly.....)
