Assemble or add body

Hi everyone and best wishes,

A small problem that I can't solve: in a catpart I have a main body and a body 1, I assemble or add the 2 bodies which creates edges at the intersection of the 2 bodies, but if I want to create a leave on these edges, Catia tells me to stop not being found......! Where do I fail?

Finally solved problem: I suppressed 2 extrusions in the main body, initial extrusions after assembly.
