When saving an assembly that I just created, I get an error message telling me the file is corrupted and cannot be saved, how can I save?

In my assembly, I have 4 assemblies, 8 pieces, and 6 repetitions, which for me is my daily life,

 

I searched in all my assemblies and I have no construction error, and then my solid just closed following a crash, and since then I have recovered the automatic save put back what was missing and I was able to save

Hello

Go to c==>TEMP and there you should find your backup.

It has already happened to me, hence the interest of automatic backups. ; )
