"No SolidWorks product is available for transfer"

Hello

Since my last installation of solidworks (2009), I can no longer transfer my license to my mobile station.

When I click on "transfer licenses" I get the message:

Has this ever happened to any of you? How can this problem be remedied?

When I installed it, I did have the activation window for the online license, which validated normally.

So also, if I uninstall solidworks, I won't even be able to re-activate it if I install it again...

I think that the license version must be closed on a workstation to be able to make the transfer

Normally the license is left precisely by clicking on "transfer licenses", but here, when I click on it I immediately get the error message.
