Hello;
Is this increase really the choice of Dassault (Solidworks)? Because at the moment, only Visiativ mentions these increases...
I can't find any trace of this information, which is crucial, either on the official Solidworks forum (3dswym.3dexperience.3ds.com) or by questioning my fellow designers, who get their supplies from other resellers (than Visiativ)...
By the way, do you have any details on the type of licenses impacted (and to what extent).
Are these price increases justified/justifiable ?
Will we finally be entitled to 19% of reliable and stable features on future versions?
Will it be sunny tomorrow ?
I am worried about the shareholders :
Solidworks starts by removing the " Online " licensing systems, making Draftsight pay (and not just one can), resells less and less successful versions, hardly tests graphics cards anymore, pushes sales for their 3Dexperience or their Marketplace, and so on.....
Is it the same for CATIA or for other Dassault applications?
A few figures :
In the fourth quarter of 2020, revenue increased by 5 % to €1.22 billion and was stable on an organic basis compared to the 2019 financial year . Software revenue increased by 8 % to €1,105.7 million, up 16 %. " ..."
