 I  download plans in AutoCAD 360 I use  there everything is fine, but when it comes to viewing them on  iPad they refuse me access

Where does the problem come from?

So either it comes from the ipad (update etc...), or from the application, or from the file (bad export)...

You're going to tell me that it doesn't help you. But look at it's 3 points, it's already a lead.

Are you logged in to your account? Or are the files in public?

Otherwise, you can't test with another IOS device?
