Automation of annotation on a modified rating when an index is changed

Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to automate the addition of the index when modifying a dimension after a change of index?

Example: I have a part in index A that has been launched into production. I now want to change the Ø20 by an Ø22, I index my plan in revision B. Ideally, I would like to see Ø22 (B) added to the modified call number. This allows you to see at a glance what has changed during the different clue passages.

Is it possible to automate this? If so, how can we do it? (I have ePDM)
