Axis in a cone

Hello

I can't place an axis in a cone because it has its sketches that are not parallel to this axis, not easy to explain, here is a screenshot.

I need this axis to make a constraint with another cone.

I am on SW2013

And with temporary axis display?

Hello,

I've already had to do this on imported parts with deadbodies, my technique:

Create two sketches on the beginning and end planes of your cone to position a point in the middle of the elipse that your cone creates on the face.
Then you can create an axis with these two sketch points.

Thank you men,

I don't understand what you mean Michael,

Sbadenis doesn't work either

It's okay I found it.

I created a sketch on each side, I inserted a point and I was able to draw my axis

Sketch on each side, with a dot in each sketch, that's what I tried to tell you just before =)

you do as you want but it seems to me that Michael DELACOTE

Deserves the bonus

You did exactly what Michaël DELACOTE had proposed to you... So it would be logical for it to be him.

And yet I hadn't understood everything.

And yet I hadn't understood everything.

Thank you to him, and to the others of course.
