Normally, from memory but to check, you have to type "c:function to execute" for example c:extrusion, however some functions do not execute, I don't know why...

Since you have to enter the name of the function in full, it doesn't necessarily save time. However, once you've already typed commands, you can recall them by standing over the text box and scrolling with the up arrow.
