Base/Extruded Boss Impossible

Hello

I have a little problem that I didn't have before. I am an occasional user of Solidworks which allows me to make parts from time to time as part of my job. Today I wanted to create a square in an assembly, so I used the "sketch" function. My problem is when I want to make an "extruded base/boss" and well the icon is grayed out. It only offers me "extruded material removal"

Do you know where this can come from?

Note that if I make a "new part" separately, I can do a boss without any problem, it's only the frame of the assembly.

Hello

This is quite normal, you need to create a new part in the context of the assembly to be able to create a boss.

In the "assembly" toolbar, click on "new part".
