Batchconverter generates incomplete pdfs

Hello
I use batch Converter to convert a batch from slddrw to pdf
But I notice that the PDF documents produced are incomplete
by repeating the operation it is apparently randomly
1st try some components are completely obscured
2nd attempt on another plane there is only a piece of annotation line and a few views...
Is this a known problem?
Thank you

If you do the same manual pdf export operation from SW, do you have the same problem? (opens an MEP then save as pdf)
If you encounter the same problem, look at the pdf export options in SW:

If the problem is only in Batchconverter, I wouldn't really understand since Batchconverter is just a program with SW features.
FYI, which version of SW and Batchconverter?

Hello;

Batch Converter is also not always very stable, in the sense that it does not always perform all the requested conversions (without error reports...)
For your problem, I think it's more about memory saturation or reconstruction time...
Look at the options:

=> Rebuild the Solidworks document each time you open => Checked
=> Systematically restart Solidworks every xxx Conversions => To be activated if the problems persist...
=> Frees up the memory of the Solidworks process every cycle => Checked (I think this should solve your problem).

Personal note: Before any processing with Batch Converter, remember to empty the temporary directories of Windows and Solidworks.
Usually under: C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp
or using Soliworks RX

Kind regards.
