Can you tell us what your project has to do with a problem with SolidWorks?
For information, this forum is dedicated to mutual aid on several types of CAD software, including SolidWorks.

Anyway, no matter which forum you go to; if you don't ask more specific questions and if you don't give a schematic, CAD plan, etc... Etc....
You are not likely to get an answer.

It is impossible to respond to your request without having more data, namely at least:
- the general dimensions and mass-inertia properties of the assembly to be balanced,
- the desired rotational speed(s) for the balancing phase, the expected duration of the acceleration phase,
- the type of motor envisaged, with or without variation, and the drive mode,
- the creation of guidance,
- ...

Even if the image gives some ideas, it is necessary to be more precise and complete to hope for assistance in your study.
Note that manufacturers offer guides to choosing their engines, often accessible on the internet.
