Hello
I am not an expert in the quotation of sheet metal parts.
Are there any who regularly make plans for sheet metal?
I need to know how to dimension a sheet metal part because lately one of our service providers has just put banal dimensions without tolerance and this causes us problems for assembly.
Can you help me please, please find attached the part in question (SolidWorks 2020 format)
Thank you

It's up to you to put aside your part with the necessary tolerance for your assembly. After that, you don't have to look for the hundredth of a mm because it's impossible.
The 10th of a mm is complicated but 0.5mm is done on small thicknesses without really any problems.
On the other hand, the tolerance is according to your assembly.

no better than @sbadenis
If there is no tolerance applied specifically to the dimension, the general tolerance of the plane, indicated in the cartridge, applies (i.e. often ISO 2768mK).
