Need an example of how to use the Boolean operator "removing lump"

Hello

Related to my previous post (https://www.lynkoa.com/forum/catia/besoin-dun-exemple-de-relimitation-partielle-ou-union-trim-en-anglais), there is another less classic Boolean operator that I would like to use: the "volume removal" operator.
On the other hand, the tutorial (in copy) is very fast and does not provide the test model.
Could you help me get this test model to fully understand this operator?
Another little thing: in the slide, there is an acronym "CEO" at the top right, does anyone know what that means?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello The tutorial shows the presence of a hole in the material (except in 3D printing this hole is not feasible and may pose PB).

This type of hole can be found during Boolean or hull operations.

Edit: CEO is what Part Design 2 relates to
