Colour and texture library

Hello 

Following the Solidworks 2016 SP2 update , I no longer have a color or texture in the tab on the right. 

Do you have a solution? Are there more advanced libraries to download (RAL, PANTONE or other colors)?

Thanks for the info.

I still have a problem, even if I select a folder manually I don't have any color or texture available.

I'm also looking for a texture library, if you have any info I'm interested.
