Design library, shape tools in sheet metal parts

I have been working since 2010 and I have a number of tools created that I use in my sheet metal parts, since I installed the 2016 version, all the tools installed in the design library no longer fit into my sheet metal parts.

As soon as I drag the tool over the part, there is a dialog window that appears with the question: are you trying to make a derivative part?

If I click YES, I can drag the tool but, I can't orient it properly, the TAB key and the arrows don't work and the tool  it comes in the shape of a piece and positions itself anywhere.

If I click NO, the tool opens.

Could someone guide me in this problem.

Hello

Right click on your folder containing your bibs and activated "Form DOssier", I had the same problem and I raised it to SW.
