SolidWorks Library

Hi all

I want to insert an outer circlips from the Solidworks library, and also I want to change the Ø.

How to do it

Thank you

Hello

If the goal is to create a configuration when inserting a circlips, this is not possible, see this link:

Select your component from the Design Library/Smart and drag it onto the shaft (part) in your 3D.

A dialog box appears asking you to select the size of the component.

To add size configurations to the component, in the Design Library, on the component, right-click, open.

Hello

See also @Benoit.if's answer here: http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/3d/creer-automatique-une-configuration.

The publisher configuration allows you to do this automatically.

You declare in your Circlips file the parameters  to be changed and you give them a name.

When inserting your circlips, a dialog will be created asking you to fill in the values of your parameters and will also create a new configuration of your circlips with its new size.

Hello

What you want is to create a library of circlips or for someone to give you a ready-made (standard) library?

agree with

Coyote and Benoit.if

The configuration publisher is made for this

The free AltiTech library allows you to do many things in material removal, including grooves for circlips (clearer than ToolBox in terms of standards).
