Hello,
I get stuck in an open sketch, no more tools available, no possibility to change a dimension, no way to get out of the sketch, impossible to delete or modify anything!
I can only move the piece. All function panels are grayed out.
Help please

This looks like a component being edited issue (remember to tell us which version of Solidworks you are using).
We need more context to assess your issue.
- Sketch editing in an assembly?
- Use of external references?
- Is it a sheet metal or a mechanically welded profile?
