Hi all
I'm currently doing some drawing on Solidworks 2018. On some shots, when I save them and open them again, I notice that some of the ribs I had placed have gone a little in all directions.
Has this ever happened to any of you? Is there a way to block the ribs so that they no longer move over time?
Thank you in advance for your answers,
Alex.
Hello
Do you have the latest update from 2018? There may have been a fix...
Hello ac cobra 427,
I have SP 2.0, knowing that version 5.0 has been released. But I have a colleague who has 5.0 and he has the same problem....
That said, I'll soon move on to SLDW 2019, I'll see how it goes!
I see 2 possible causes (in addition to the bug):
- the 3D has evolved (element added/removed/modified), so the view moves and the dimensions try to follow;
- There is an option for the dimensions to be spaced out regularly.
Hello Alexandre
It's still very curious because I use plans that are several years old for some and I've never had this problem. I'm in 2019 SP1
This must come from the general parameters and more particularly those who manage the plans.
what do you have in the general system options ==> MEP ==> performance (including automatic update when opened)
The questions we can collectively ask ourselves are the following
- do the basemaps (or other stuff) influence the way the dimensions are managed or not?
- ???
- ???
Kind regards
PS: give me a part and the MEP that goes with it and I can tell you what's going on on my machine if you want! ;-)
