Try a repair of the installation. To do this, restart the SW2014 SP5 installation setup. As SW is already installed, the installation manager will offer you a repair.

In this case I advise you to contact support. Do you have a MyCad Services subscription? If so, even need to change sites anymore...

Be careful the antivirus deletes installation files which makes it invalid. For my part, I deactivate it before downloading.

There is a bug in the installation manager of the sp5, the technicians told me to download the sp5 but not to click on the setup.exe.

 

They told me to click on the sldIM.exe  file that is in the Solidworks Download/sldim folder

 

At home everything worked perfectly

I installed it on another PC in SP5 , and it' s OK.

It must have come only from the PC, even with another user profile!

I went through the options under Solidworks.

Here is my solution attached. Certainly the company's proxy does not allow access to this link! or something like that.
