I have a polyline that represents my neutral fiber.

From this neutral fiber (my skeleton) I would like  to make tubes in a simple operation.

Yes, no problem, with welded construction.
This will allow you to control your joints and your cuts

Hello there is "structure design" as I don't have it I can only confirm the square or round profiles? exist by default.

If, like me, you don't have this workshop, the quickest way is to go through an optimized copy.
