Hi all

I am looking in the material removal function how to have the configurations function (below selected contours) I have a student who makes a BMW wheel and in the tutorial there is this function. We have Solidiworks 2017 educational version.

Hello

The piece must have several bodies otherwise this choice does not appear.

In fact, this block does not concern the configuration (in the SW vocabulary sense) but the field of action of the function.
As Remrem rightly said, it only appears if the piece already has several bodies.

Ok thank you for your answers, indeed my student didn't do the tutorial exactly like the guy and he actually only had one body!
