Highlight the entire table -> right click properties -> BOM Balloons and change the type there back to simple circle.

Hello

You have to go not to the "Table" tab but to the "Annotations" tab, then create a bubble that will not be linked to anything at all.

Indeed, my solution removed the link for existing bubbles, but is not useful for creation.
