I would like to know if it was possible to transform this part into sheet metal in order to have it developed?

It's quite an important job and I'm in trouble.....

the operation is very simple; You just have to delete your three functions (shell - sheet metal and smoothing) then you edit each sketch to remove the horizontal landing gear that connects your two wings then you go  to the sheet metal tab and you select the 3rd icon (transition fold)  and you click on your two sketches and you give the thickness and there your part will unfold.
