I want to extract data (positions, lengths, sections, densities) from an inventor file to extract them to an excel file!

Is this possible?

If the inventor file is ASCII, it is possible to open it in Excel.

Then you would have to create a macro that retrieves the desired information by searching on the keywords of the inventor file.

This seems to me to be quite feasible.
