But in general, it's save as => select the part format

Here is the procedure:
Launch a new part file.
Exit Sketch mode.
Select the derived component tool.
Select your iam file to derive in a single piece.
Start a new part file.
Exit Fashion Sketch.
Select Derived Component tool.
Select your iam file to derive as a single part.
