Good evening. When I isolate a part in an assembly, the "Exit Isolate" window always appears in the middle of the screen, and I have to move it manually. Is it possible to have it displayed elsewhere? Thank you

No, I don't think so...

Weird, it stays where I placed it (under 2017-SP5). What version are you in?

When you move it, it always puts itself back in the middle of the screen?

Same as max59, I don't think you can change your aperture on the screen.

Same as Antho, I'm in 2018 SP1 and Solidworks memorizes the last location of the window.

But if it can reassure you, wherever it is, it will always end up bothering you

Hello, the same as my colleagues on Solid 2015 SP5. The window is put where it was the previous time.

Hello

Thank you for your answers.

I am under the 2014 version like my colleagues. But on their stations, this window can be moved and it stays in place as soon as they insulate a room again!

Hello dear colleagues,

I would like to point out that this behavior is not due to solidworks itself because these are pure Windows functions that are called by routines or DLLs.

You'll notice the same behavior for other software for the same Windowsian reason. That's why Croq$oft's product is called Windows.

Fun no :-)

Kind regards

OK. But what can be done to remedy this problem? Thank you

Hello, the solution would be to change the version of Solidworks to a newer one. Otherwise go to one of your colleagues' computers, save their settings, and load them on your PC. In theory, this should solve the problem.
