Do as these do but adapt the principle. The diameter in my model as top or bottom diameter has 180° if it's for bending and like me if it's for bending; for the sketch with the edge falling at an angle so that it becomes conical...

dsl I forgot to specify to check the cylindrical/conical bodies box and to select an edge like in my attachment made in Solidworks 2016
