There you go, I have a big display problem on some SW (2018 SP4) parts
2 types of bugs revealed!
Opening of step, part and ASM.
1) The screen is completely black, when I rotate the room, the screen goes back to normal, I release the button, it goes back to black.
2) Display bug -> lines hidden all the time visible, image problem shaded (see PC).

This doesn't seem to me to be a usual bug because otherwise it would be known and SW would have gone bankrupt a long time ago ;-) ;-)
But if I see your jpg it may mean that you are using a real view graphic and that depending on the lighting declared and the scene it is indeed black.
Post your part and I'll tell you what's going on on my machine (discretion assured)

I just got support on the phone, no driver problems (up to date), nor realview scene. The bug was revealed on components, and even assemblies, randomly.
The only manipulation that worked was a reset of the registry.
