Yes, it's been doing this for quite some time.

@Lucile the phenomenon happens especially when someone answers one of my questions. It doesn't do it when I make Likes.

@Lucile, it's possibly specific to certain browsers so for the record, I'm on Firefox.

Edit: same with Safari on iOS.

Here's what I notice. Chance or not but a "news.css?4" css cannot be loaded and the common point between the affected notifications is the "active" class that I don't see on any css.

I'm not sure if it's enough to make the parser bug, but that's up to you.
