Do you know if it is possible to add a bubble to a stacked bubble, or to select several bubbles for stacked ones?

You can add bubbles to a simple bubble.
Just select it and then right-click and select "Add to Stack". As for the merging of several bubbles, it doesn't mean anything to me.

It is impossible to merge several bubbles if they have not been created into stacked bubbles from the start...
