When I make my plans I like the bubbles to be linked to the parts not on an edge, because in an assembly it's not clear enough for me.
Is it possible to make the balloons linked as in this modified drawing (by default)?

It depends on how you place the bubbles:
- automatic bubble: there is a "radio" box that allows you to choose between face or edge;
- by hand: it is the place you click that determines the anchoring.

For your information, the term radio buttons refers to the possibility of making a single choice from a list (like the buttons of old radios which allowed you to choose between several pre-recorded frequencies).
