It seems to me that by selecting all the entities in the sketch, the result is displayed at the bottom right in the status bar.

One method is to select the outline and then go to the Evaluate tab and click on measure
If the "Shaded Sketch Contours" option is enabled in the "Sketching" tab. Just click on the shadow and click on "measure" as in the first solution
