Calculating the coordinates of a point with respect to a coordinate system

Hello

I am trying to determine the coordinates of a point on the one hand (origin point of the blue marker) in relation to a marker on the other hand (which is my building) (orange marker).

A small clarification, the point on my first part is the origin of a marker.

With the measure tool, I get weird results, namely that sometimes I don't have components on z when in my case I should have three coordinates.

Do you have where my concern comes from?

In other words, how can I measure the position of the origin of a coordinate system (on the one hand1) in relation to a coordinate system (on the other hand2)?

I solved my problem.

In fact, depending on the selection mode chosen, the result of the measurement tool is different. In my case, I had to choose Point instead of "Any geometry".
